TOP HOCKEY REP TEAMS WILL BE LAUNCHING FOR THE 2026/2027 HOCKEY SEASON. TRYOUTS WILL TAKE PLACE IN APRIL 2026.
TOP Hockey Rep Teams offer a unique approach to competitive hockey by combining an efficient set schedule with local practice time, competitive tournaments, and professional coaching, resulting in a positive hockey experience that helps players develop at a faster rate. One of the biggest differentiators of the TOP Hockey program is our emphasis on long-term player development and character building, along with a family-friendly schedule that allows that encourages multi-sport play.
Rep teams generally feature 3x practices per week throughout the September to April season, as well as games, festivals, and tournaments through the Ontario Rep Hockey League. For the 2026-2027 season, we expect the U8 Team to play approximately 15-20 games.
As teams graduate to U10 and older, teams will participate in the Ontario Rep Hockey League, which features competitive games, scores and standings, and a full 32-game schedule. Academy teams are designed for advanced players who are at the traditional "rep" level, with tryouts taking place in early April.
